Payment

I accept Paypal and Money Orders.

All orders placed / shipped within Massachusetts are charged sales tax.

Shipping

** Shipping Policies Within the United States:

Methods: I prefer to ship Priority Mail, but smaller items may go First Class. Let me know if you'd prefer I use UPS or some other shipping method. (Additional costs may apply.)

Timing: All shipments will go out within 48 hours of payment. Ship time will depend on where you are located.

** International Shipping Policies

Methods: All international sales will be shipped via First Class International. Contact me for a quote if you'd like me to use another method.

Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for all taxes and / or duties on items you "import" from the United States.

Timing: All shipments will go out within 48 hours of payment. Ship time will depend on where you are located.

** Expedited Shipping
Faster shipping may be available to some locations. Please contact me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me ASAP if you wish to return your purchase.

At this time, I cannot offer to pay for return shipping. I will however refund the cost of the item once I have received it back.

Products that arrive damaged can either be returned for repairs or replaced. Products that are damaged at a later date can also be sent to me for repairs for a small fee. (Fee will depend on the size of the repair.)

**Gift Wrap**
By default, most dragons and imps are shipped in an egg with a card describing the creature inside:

(Larger dragons and imps may be shipped in a velvet pouch.)

Bead Spiders and jewelry do not have special packaging at this time. However, upon request smaller items can be shipped in a velvet bag or box. Contact me for more details.
