Payment

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. If you'd like to pay via another method, please convo us. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

If we do not receive payment or communication within 3 days, the sale will be canceled and negative feedback left. Please contact us if there is a problem, we'll be more than happy to work with you if there's a problem.

Shipping

Because of the high price of effectively shipping pottery, we ship USPS regular mail. Your item(s) will be thoroughly packaged to prevent damage. This usually includes a newspaper wrapping followed by packing materials such as bubble wrap or packing paper. We try to reuse packing material we have received so I won't always be the same but it will be well done. Please see our feedback for satisfied customers in respect to shipping. If you'd like additional services or a different form of shipping please let us know and we can accommodate your request, this will increase your shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason your item arrives and it is broken, you must contact us the day you receive it. We can't refund shipping costs, but we will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution. If you would like to exchange your item for whatever reason, you may do so as long as the original item arrives in the same condition in which it was sent, and you pay for the shipping of the item you want to exchange.
