Welcome to my shop. Almost all my signs are CUSTOM ORDER TO YOUR SPECS. If you have specific fonts you would like to use along with a specific shape, you can let me know in a convo or when you contact me for alchemy work. Please allow 7 to 10 days to receive your CUSTOM ORDER from the date of purchase and if paying with certified money order your order will ship the day the certified money order clears my bank.
I have increased my prices slightly on the painted signs. I do apologize for this, but my sister is helping me out with the painting and I can't expect her to paint for free. I know you must understand.

Payment

Due at time of checkout if paying with Paypal or post marked no latter than three days after sale if paying with certified money order.

Shipping

All items are to be shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. I purchase all my own boxes, bubble wrap and 3M heavy duty tape. I take great deal of care and time to ship your signs. Because of the large size of most of my signs the shipping can be from $14.95 to $19.80 in the United States from what I have discovered using the USPS on line shipping calculator. I will only charge you what the post office charges me at time of shipment. On occasion I will ship in flat rate boxes for small items such as the coasters only. Now shipping to the United Kingdom and Canada. Please contact me for exact shipping quote based on your order and destination.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the nature of CUSTOM ORDER items I can't offer any refunds. However to alleviate this I will send you via email a rough draft of your sign before you commit to it. Once you approve of your sign and it is made the sale is final.
