Lizzified's Shop Policies

Welcome

I'm Elizabeth, and thank you for visiting my shop. My items are made in a technically smoke free home, since my mother has been banished to the outside with her habit. I love painting, so even if you just have suggestions for a painting or an ACEO, feel free to contact me, I won't guarantee that I'll make it... but there's a very good chance.

Payment

I accept paypal, I'd prefer payment sooner than later. If payment isn't made within 7 days and no attempt to contact me is made, the sale will be canceled.

Shipping

I ship USPS first class, if you have another preference please contact me and I will adjust the price accordingly. ACEOs and prints come in protective sleeves and original art will be equally protected during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a problem with the shipping please contact me and we will figure out a solution to the problem.

I adore custom orders, and would be glad to take yours as long as time permits, since I am still a highschool student. Convo me for details and pricing.
