Payment

Payment is due before items are shipped.

PROGRESS REPORTS:
If you have ordered a custom order or have accepted me as an alchemy order, thank you! Now, I will be sending you progress reports about your item. Each progress report will have photos of the first, second, third, etc... stages of the project (depending on how lengthy that project is).

The payment for the item is due after the FIRST progress report.


LAYAWAY POLICY:
Layaway is available for orders over $25. If an order is more than $25 and you are wishing to place it as Layway, PLEASE Convo me AND put in Message to seller that you wish to place your order on LAYAWAY.

20% is due upfront at time of purchase to reserve the item. 20% is then due each week for the next four weeks after date of purchase. Each week I will be sending you a reminder notice of what is left on your balance. SO it will go like this:

Buy Item(s) on Day 1: Pay 20% of total purchase upfront to reserve it.
Day 8: Another 20% is due.
Day 15: Another 20% is due.
Day 22: Another 20% is due.
Day 29: Last 20% is due. Order will be shipped.

I'm sorry, but if you do only pay the initial 20% to reserve the item and do not pay for the rest of the 80%, and I do not hear from you after the second attempt to contact you, the initial payment is not refundable.

Shipping

Shipping at this time is only to the United States, and is done by USPS First Class mail, (unless the items are Christmas Wreaths, and then they will be shipped by UPS Ground).
