Shipping

SHIPPING: Domestic United States shipping is free with purchase. International shipping is for the cost of shipping only.

I ship using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Your purchase will come in a sturdy box with tissue paper to keep it safe.

If you would like to use a different shipping option please convo me!

Refunds and Exchanges

REFUND/RETURN POLICY: I want you to be happy with your order and will accept returns or exchanges for most items (non-custom orders) within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns or exchanges are subject to an administrative /restocking fee of $10 and returns/exchanges made without prior approval may not be accepted. Please contact me prior to mailing your return. If your order is damaged in shipping, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a refund/exchange. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received. The return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

ORDER PROCESSING: I aim for shipping your order within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

CARING FOR YOUR GLASS PENDANT: Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals, avoid pulling, twisting, tweaking the bail and the glass pendant. Note that the magnetic choker is just that - magnetic, take special care if you are active or have children. Remember that glass is fragile!!!

WARRANTY: If you feel that your glass pendant is defective at any time after your purchase, please contact me so I can replace the defective piece. Please note that I do not make the choker but will cover it against manufacturer's defect for 30 days from the date of purchase.

WHOLESALE: Contact me for wholesale information.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Feel free to contact me for more information about custom orders. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final cost is required for custom orders after we have agreed upon the design, size, color etc.
