Hello, and thank you for your interest in items made by me, Ric! To make ordering easy and enjoyable, I have the following shop policies.

If you have any questions that have not been answered here, please feel free to contact me via one of the methods listed on the bottom of the page.

Payment

* Payment: I prefer Paypal, but will also accept money orders. I am no longer accepting personal checks. The address for money orders will be available upon purchase. If you send a money order, payment, or proof that payment was sent, is due within a week after the sale.

Shipping

* Shipping: Domestic packages are shipped Priority. UK, Australian, and Canadian packages will be shipped first class. If you'd like insurance, or registered mail, or anything fancy like that, contact me prior to payment, and I'll send you a new invoice with the new charges.

If you'd like something shipped to a country that I haven't listed, please contact us so I can quote shipping for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

* Note about handmade items: Seeing that all work is made with my own bare hands, there is a chance that some items may not be exactly as pictured. If you find that the piece is not all you imagined it could be, please send a PM, and I'll do my best to try to right the situation for you.

Additional Policies and FAQs

* Custom Orders: Please allow at least TWO weeks to receive your custom order. Thanks.
