Payment

My preferred method of payment is PayPal, but I also accept credit card purchases & money orders, if you do not have a PayPal account.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Purchased items will be shipped within 1 business day, and will generally arrive in another 2-3 business days for U.S. orders, and 4-6 business days for International.

However, for CUSTOM ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW ABOUT 7 to 10 DAYS BEFORE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED!

Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and distance.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because most of my pieces are custom-made and individually handcrafted, all sales are final. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we can definitely discuss an exchange or alteration of your piece. Thank you so much for understanding!

Additional Policies and FAQs

R E A D Y - TO - S H I P - I T E M S . . . Will be shipped out within 2 business days, unless Re-Sizing is requested (for rings). Please allow an additional business day for re-sizing.

H O L I D A Y - C U S T O M - O R D E R S ! . . . Please allow approx. 7 to 10 days for Custom-made pieces to be completed. Unfortunately, Custom Orders placed after December 19 will NOT be shipped until AFTER New Years! (I'll be out of town visiting family from 12/22 to 12/29)

Please feel free to "convo" me for a time-estimate on any particular Custom design (some pieces take much longer than others; some can be done in just a few days). Thank you for understanding, and my apologies for any inconvenience~
