Please note that all designs sold by Maddie & ME, Children's Handcrafted Couture are the intellectual property of the owner and are subject to Copyright protection as provided by law.

Many items are designed and constructed to be a one of a kind. Some similarities may exist in fabrics or styles, but no two items advertised as OOAK will be alike . . . unless a sister set is ordered as a one of a kind by one family. Each dress (or pants/ dress set) is constructed by me with the utmost care to quality and detail. All gift packaging is recycled material and many of my shipping supplies are recycled / reused material (so long as they are in premium condition).

Payment

Currently I accept Pay Pal, RME and sometimes Trade as forms of payment.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. If another carrier is requested, please wait for a revised invoice to reflect the new shipping cost.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS POLICY:
I will do everything in my power to properly package all shipments to assure their safe arrival at your doorstep. In the event something is damaged during shipping I will *help* you to contact the proper carrier and I will guide you through the process of filing a claim. Technically once the product leaves my hands I am no longer able to file the claim for it, but I will help in any way I can to assure that you are 100% satisfied with Maddie & ME.

Refunds and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please ship it back to me (return shipping is to be paid by you unless otherwise agreed upon) and I will gladly refund your money upon receipt of item(s) and inspection. For a full refund the item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and in re -sellable condition. If there are any problems not covered in my policy each one will be addressed as it arises. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will do what ever I can to achieve that standard!

Additional Policies and FAQs

** NOTE on Pricing **
I get my fabrics from many different vendors with different shipping costs, etc. I have set standard pricing according to the average hours invested in each piece regardless of fabric cost. There are a few exceptions to this rule (usually silk or other fine fabrics) and each will be addressed as it arises.

If you have any questions about shipping overseas, cost, wholesale pricing for retail stores, custom orders, fabric selection or any other question what so ever PLEASE contact me and I'll do my very best to respond within 24 hours!
