Welcome

Welcome to my Etsy Store! I've been a professional artist for 40 years and am committed to excellence in my work and service. I'm a member of DailyPainters.com, have a daily painting blog and a website where you can see more of my work.

This gallery where you will find special deals on selected paintings. You can take advantage of my busy schedule and limited storage space and buy some of my award-winning art at bargain prices.

Payment

Preferred payment is by Postal money order, as I don't have to pay fees that way, and there is no waiting for your check to clear. Your personal check can also be accepted, although I will wait for it to clear my bank before I ship your purchase. I will accept Paypal too.

Shipping

I want your purchase to arrive safely and undamaged, so I take care to pack the art in protective packaging, and add insurance. I usually ship by USPS Priority. If you need a purchase really fast, please contact me so I can bill you for overnight or 2-day shipping (available only to selected destinations).

Refunds and Exchanges

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE: Purchasing art over the internet is new to many people. I realize it may be difficult to know exactly what a piece looks like from viewing it online. Original paintings are almost always better seen in person than on a computer monitor. So, if a piece fails to meet or exceed your expectations upon arrival, I will gladly accept a return within 7 days, and refund your purchase (minus S&H costs). Returns for refund must sent back in the condition in which they were received, packaged in original packing materials, and insured for the purchase price.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I do custom work and am happy to discuss your commission requests. You are welcome to email thumbnail photos you'd like me to consider as a basis for a painting. I will send you my prices, with no obligation. Please keep in mind that not all photos make good painting references, but I'm willing to look at what you want.

If you decide to order a custom painting, it means you are familiar with my work and like it. When ordering a large painting, an initial deposit of one third total price will seal the deal. A few weeks later, I will offer preliminary work for you to approve. If you like this we will proceed with the rest of the cost for you and the work for me.

If for some reason you don't want to continue after seeing the preliminary work, I will cancel the final job and the preliminary painting will be yours to keep if you wish.

For small commissions under $500 no preliminary work is done and payment in full is required for me to do the painting.

Custom work takes time and is not done overnight, so please plan ahead by allowing at least 2 months (or more for large work) for the painting to be completed.
