Welcome

All items are handcrafted using premium cardstock, embellishments, and acid-free papers. Created in a smoke-free home. Supplies that I sell are ones that I also use and love. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Payment

Payments are accepted via PayPal or credit card. You can pay with a credit card at PayPal. You do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Payment is expected within 2 days of purchase. If payment has not been made within 2 days I will contact you. If payment goes unpaid 5 days and you have not contacted me the sale will be canceled, you will receive negative feedback and the item(s) will be relisted.

Shipping

U.S. SHIPPING:
All purchases are shipped via USPS first class mail or parcel post within 7 business days of receipt of payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All purchases are shipped via USPS First Class International mail. within 7 business days of receipt of payment. USPS Estimated Delivery varies by country. For most countries it takes 6 to 10 business day for the item to arrive from date of shipment - for others it may be 15 days. If customs holds your items for any reason it can take longer.

INSURANCE and CONFIRMATION DELIVERY:
Priority shipping, delivery confirmation, and insurance are available at an additional cost. If you would like to add any of these shipping options, please convo me and I can adjust your listing accordingly. Please allow additional time for shipping if these additions are requested.

While I do my best to ensure your items arrive safely, I am not responsible for packages that are damaged or LOST by the post office. You can request insurance for your items for an additional cost to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in the items I send out, but if you feel the item was misrepresented please convo me within 5 days of receipt of your item. Returns will be accepted only in their original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping.
