Welcome to Boho Baby Designs! I am dedicated to provide quality crocheted goods at reasonable prices.

Payment

RME is an accepted form of payment at Boho Baby Designs.

Should you decide to pay with RME, please ensure you leave your RME e-mail address in either the message to seller section or in a convo to me on Etsy. You will be invoiced as soon as possible.

Once you are invoiced, you will have 24 (twenty-four) hours in which to pay for your item. If you do not pay within that 24 hour window, your order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

If you need special arrangements regarding payment, please contact me and we will work something out. I'm always willing to work with my customers to make sure we are all happy!

Shipping

All items are shipped as soon as possible! This generally means within 24-48 hours of your order placement. If there are delays, you will be notified immediately.

When your item has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail (the one listed with your PayPal or RME) as well as a convo. Both these notifications will include your Delivery Confirmation number! DC is provided on *everything* I ship, at no cost to you. This is my personal assurance that your item will get / has gotten to you, as well as for buyer and seller protection.

Once a package has been shipped, it is out of my hands and I cannot control the postal service and am not responsible for any damage that may occur in shipping. Please convo me or leave a note in your purchase if you would like to add insurance to your item.

Refunds and Exchanges

If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify me within 7 days of receiving your item. You will be required to send the item back to me before receiving a full refund of your money.
