Policies:
- All clay items in the store are handmade in my studio. Every print is printed on 5 Star Epson Heavyweight Paper that has a beautiful color saturation at a high resolution.
- I accept paypal, money order, or personal check and ship only after the payment has cleared (in full).
- I ship internationally through USPS via First Class mail. If the buyer would like the item to be shipped Priority Mail, I will send them an invoice via paypal for $2.00 extra to the total cost.
- Payment must be made within 7 days. If the payment has not been made 48 hours after purchase, I will notify the buyer twice through conversation and if they have not paid by the 7th day, I cancel the item and relist. If the buyer claims the item never got to its destination, buyers are responsible for purchasing insurance for the item and cannot be replaced. Insurance is purchased by the buyer by contacting me for .50 via paypal invoice.
- If the item is received broken or damaged, I need to be contacted asap so a replacement can be made. The replacement happens only if the buyer returns the item to the returned address at their own expense.
