Thanks so much for your interest in my work.

Payment

I accept PayPal for Etsy orders. Please make your payment at the time of your purchase. If you need to make other arrangements, just contact me. If payment is not made at time of your order, and I don't hear from you within 48 hours, your transaction will be cancelled.

Shipping

All orders are sent within 2 business days of payment clearing to the address provided by Etsy. Delivery confirmation with tracking will be added to any order with the value of $75.00 or more.
***U.S. orders are charged $6.00 and are sent U.S.P.S. Priority which typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive. If you'd rather not pay for priority shipping, I will happily refund you the difference (minus .50 cents for packaging) for first class shipping. Just contact me at the time of your order.
***My internatinal shipping rate is $4.00 for U.S.P.S. first class international. In my experience so far, orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive.

I will contact you to let you know when your your order will be sent. If you don't receive your package within 4-5 business days please let me know. It's important to me that your order gets to you quickly. I know the anticipation nearly kills me when I'm excited for something to arrive...

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit after receiving the piece/s back in it's original condition. Additional shipping will be charged. *Custom orders cannot be returned.*

Please keep in mind that all of my pieces are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance and measurement. Also, computer monitors vary greatly. I do my best to represent my pieces accurately in my pictures and measurements.
