KiwiLove's Shop Policies

Welcome

Because both Hannah and Julia are full time students with busy schedules and many assignments to complete, shipping days for KiwiLove are on Friday afternoons and evenings. Any item during the week will be shipped on the closest Friday, and anything ordered on a weekend should be shipped out by Sunday night. We always try our absolute best to answer all questions, orders, and purchases quickly, and strive to provide enjoyable and friendly customer service. Our work is evolving as we do, so we're always open to discussions with customers and anybody interested in our work. We are always happy to complete custom orders, and in the past have designed for birthdays, holidays, wedding outfits, and musical performances, as well as casual and evening wear. We are always happy to work with customers to expand our jewellery-making repertoire and are happy to tackle any challenge you set out for us. Feel free to contact us at any time for custom inquires. Connecting with people is half the fun of making jewellery, and that's true for both craft shows and online sales!

Payment

At this time the only method of payment we can accept online is Paypal, however we can deal in cash, bank transfers, and cheques with people living in the Toronto area. When you place an order you will be sent a Paypal invoice from our account, and your item(s) will be shipped when full payment is recieved.

Payments for custom work must be given in full at the beginning of the project. This may differ from piece to piece, so feel free to negotiate with us.

Shipping

All of our jewellery comes wrapped in tissue paper in a super-spiffy KiwiLove gift box secured in bubble wrap and mail-order packing materials. (Boxes or bubble-wrap envelopes depending on the size of the order) Items will be shipped by regular post unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

If for any reason you need your order to arrive as soon as possible express courier services and same-day-as-payment shipping can be arranged for an additional cost.

Shipping costs are between $5 and $10 in Canada and $10 to other parts of the world. Items are shipped only after full payment is received.

Refunds and Exchanges

At this time we unfortunately cannot accept refunds or exchanges. We can however repair any piece of jewellery purchased from us free of charge for as long as you wish to keep wearing it.
