Payment

I accept Paypal or payment can be via direct credit or cheque for Australian buyers. Please contact me for details.

Shipping

I use Australia Post for shipping.
Within Australia this usually takes 3-4 days and internationally around 10-14 days.
I post items within 2 days of receiving payment.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the item does not arrive in 4 weeks please contact me and we can discuss what you would like to do about it. I would rather replace an item with another, but a refund may also be arranged.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am a designer and seamstress, pattern maker and artist which means that if you have a custom request I may be able to accommodate this. Please just contact me via the contact button and I will see what I can do.
I am also open to wholesale and/or consignment (locally) orders.
