Well hello. Here are the goods on all things business. Let me know if you have any questions or need anything clarified.

Payment

I accept paypal, checks, & money orders. Paypal payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. Items paid for by check will be sent out once the check has cleared, so expect a delay in shipping.

Shipping

I'm sorry to say that shipping within & from Canada is just plain expensive. (I recently moved back from the States and was shocked when I shipped my first item...) Also there's the cost of the box & packaging. So please make sure that you check the shipping amount before you buy and are ok with it.

My shipping charges are generally the slow boat prices that don't always include a tracking #, so if you are looking for speed or the ability to track, let me know and I'll adjust the charge before you make your payment. And my listed shipping charges are created with the farthest destination in mind, so if you are close to me and it ends up being less, I will ABSOLUTELY refund you the difference. (through paypal within 4 days)

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my products, there are no returns on purchases unless of course there is a problem with your item. I work very hard to make every piece of the highest quality and want you to be happy with your purchase, so always feel free to convo me with as many questions needed before purchasing.

Please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item to resolve any issues.
