Payment

I prefer Paypal because it's immediate, but if you prefer money order I can accept them. Know that shipping will take place once payment is received. If payment isn't received in 3 days, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted. If paying by PayPal, make sure you follow the link to Paypal to complete your transaction.

North Carolina residents will be charged appropriate sales tax. This will be automatically figured into your Paypal invoice.

Shipping

For domestic orders (USA):

Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of payment. Sometimes there are delays of a few more days, so if you have a deadline or need your item right away, please let me know.

I use USPS Parcel Post for most of my packages so please allow 2-10 days for the arrival of your pottery. I will be happy to ship by another method if you have a deadline, and will charge just enough to cover the expense. Just let me know.

For international orders:

International packages are shipped out using International First Class Mail for items under 4 pounds or Priority International for heavier shipments.

You are responsible for all duty, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the USPS (United States Postal Service) postal charges that you already paid. These may be due when you pick up your package.

Charges for international mail can be hard to estimate. If I have over charged you for shipping, I will refund the difference.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please let me know within 14 days if there are any problems with your order. I am happy to work with you to find a solution.
