Payment

-Payment via Paypal is due as soon as the purchase is made. There is a grace period of 3 business days after purchase. If no payment has been made within a week, we will cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

-All items are shipped USPS First Class unless otherwise stated in a convo. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping, please convo for shipping quote.

-Is your purchase a gift for someone? Free gift wrapping is available, just type "gift" in notes to seller and we'll wrap it up for you!

-We try to be as earthfriendly as possible so we reuse as much packaging material as we can.

-Postal Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is not included in the shipping charges but it can be added if you choose, please convo me for a new shipping quote before you purchase.

-We will do our best to ship out your items 1-2 business days after purchase; but if that is not possible we visit our local post office on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

-For Fluff-A-Rump Wool Diaper Cover purchases please remember to allow extra time for shipping due to the washing/lanolizing/drying process.

-We will let you know when your item has shipped through the "shipped" box on the reciept page.

Refunds and Exchanges

-If you are unsatisifed with your item you are more than welcome to return it within 30 days and you will be issued a refund of the purchase price. We will issue a refund via paypal as soon as we recieve the returned item in the mail.

Additional Policies and FAQs

-All items come from a smoke free home

-One monitor will display color differently from another; please take this into consideration when ordering. I cannot guarantee that what you recieve will have the exact colors of what you see on your screen, Thank you for your understanding.
