Welcome to my little beading supply venture. I started this 12-07 as a way to increase awareness of my jewelry shop- AccentsbyDave.Etsy.com and also to broaden my bead and finding collection.
I have been very pleased with the response, and love the fact that I am now able to have so many more different beads on hand.
I do not want this shop to grow too large and cumbersome, but I will be adding items on a regular basis.
I will be happy to arrange assortments, provide larger quantities, or even look into obtaining specific beads and findings for you.
Just contact me with any questions, I will answer all queries, and will try and be of any service I can.
Please note, that during the months of March through November, I am usually at a craft show on the weekends, so I may not be able to answer your questions till that evening. On the weekends that I am out of town, I will leave a message on my shop page, advising when I will be back to answer queries or ship items.
Customer Service is my #1 priority - I want you to be happy with your online experience with my shop. I buy 90% of my materials online, and I get very frustrated when business's don't ship promptly, or my purchases are not what I had hoped for, or any seemly lack of interest in my Custom. I feel it is extremely important, that business's let their customers know, how much their custom is appreciated.
Payment
I accept Paypal only. The Paypal account must be in your name !!! __ Or you Must contact me telling me what the situation is !!
All E-checks must clear Paypal before shipping.
I prefer payment at time of sale. If you are not paying at the time of purchase, that is OK, Etsy rules say that you have 3 days to pay, But PLEASE !!, I ask that you leave a note from the buyer on your purchase invoice, giving me an idea of when you expect to pay for the purchase.

If after 3 days I have not been paid, or advised of when payment can be expected, I will cancel the sale through Etsy. If this occurs a second time, I will ask you to please shop elsewhere.
And if you make multiple selections, I will send a revised invoice when you are ready to pay, with adjusted shipping charges. If You pay for multiple purchases with paypal it costs me an extra $0.40 each time-- So I would rather you submit the orders and not pay, Then contact me when you are ready to pay, Then I will send a revised invoice from Paypal, Thanks, Dave
Shipping

I ship 6 Days a week for Domestic orders, unless I leave notice of delayed shipping times in my shop page.
Shipping prices are an estimate, especially for Canadian and International orders, if you order multiple large coils or thick wire, I may very well not be able to mail the items for the postage charged, if that is the case I will issue a Paypal money request for the balance of postage due.
READ THIS CAREFULLY
I will ship to the PAYPAL ADDRESS ONLY !!!! - unless I am notified by the customer that another address is desired. The other address Has To Be Spelled out in a Convo, and In Notes From Buyer on the Invoice !!

Please DOUBLE CHECK, that the address on your PAYPAL invoice is the address you are wanting the package to be shipped to !!!@@

DOMESTIC SHIPPING :
I ship 1st class mail, with Delivery confirmation and if your U.S.A. order's shipping charges are high enough, I will switch to Priority Mail.
There is a New USPS Priority Mail - Small Flat Rate box - That I can ship quickly and cheaply for only $4.95, Should you want to go this route-- contact me Before you pay, and I will send a revised invoice.

Canadian & International shipping: Please Read !~!
Orders are shipped USPS 1st Class Mail-- Proof of my shipping is by USPS receipt-- There is NO TRACKING or INSURANCE available on 1st Class mail-- Seller WILL NOT be Held responsible for any Damaged or Lost Orders to Canada or International Orders-- If this is not acceptable, you can contact me for a quote on a track able and insured package, but they start in the $24. range.
If I feel, for any reason that there may be a problem with mailing an untrackable package, I reserve the right to request an amount of postage equal to a USPS Track able Priority Mail rate, and cancel an order if I am not paid for the upgraded postage.
Canadian & International orders are ONLY Shipped Twice a week on Tuesday & Friday!!

I want you to feel confident of my products and service, so if for any reason, you are not satisfied with any or all of your order, simply contact me.
I will do my best to make you happy. But, as you know, that's easier some days than others.
I have one overriding customer service guideline. That is:
----Your happiness is all that matters to me -:)-unless it strongly conflicts with my happiness.
If you wish to return an item or items- there will be no problem whatsoever.
I do ask that you contact me within 5 days of receiving the shipment, of your intention of returning the Item(s).
Your monies will be returned with out question upon receiving the item(s) back to me, Minus any shipping costs.

!!~~ FEEDBACK-- If you have a shop and do not want Feedback left, I strongly suggest that you open a separate etsy acct. just for buying, as it is extremely difficult for me to remember who does and doesn't want feedback.

Reserved Listings; I will be happy to reserve items, but if you are not planning on purchasing them right away, please let me know, otherwise I only leave reserved listings up for 2 days.
Feedback : I generally leave feedback when it piles up, just like my laundry.
I am afraid that I generally do not leave custom feedback, due to the volume of sales, so don't feel slighted. Your custom is Greatly appreciated, whether you are a one time, single item purchase or one of my repeat customers-- But Of course, I have a real soft spot for my repeat customers ;-), Dave
