It's all very simple. I use eco-spun felt for 90% of my toys. The other felt I use is a combination of acrylic and wool. All catnip is 100% certified organic and grown by me in a lovely yard with lots of other things that grow.

Payment

I currently only accept Pay Pal, it's the most convenient. If you can't do Pay Pal, let me know and maybe we can figure something out.

Shipping

Shipments are sent USPS First Class and are usually sent out within a few days. If you need something shipped quickly you can contact me prior to ordering and I can add the cost for whatever you wish.

I try to use recycled packaging when shipping items out, only because I feel bad tossing it in the trash. I encourage you to do the same. I do, however, ALWAYS ship my items in plastic bags in order to protect items from naughty weather or harsh postal hands/machines (hey, not everyone lives in southern California... I understand). Please re-use them too!

If you don't receive your item within a few weeks PLEASE contact me! I mark items as shipped when they go out. If your item has been marked as shipped but you haven't received it there's a chance something is amiss. I want you to get your stuff!

Refunds and Exchanges

Because of the nature of my items I can't accept returns, but if you're unhappy with your product you can contact me with your concerns and I'll gladly help any way that I can.

Please take note that some of my toys are meant to be humorous and probably will not survive the apocalypse (or your cat's teeth/claw combination). Depending on your cat's ability to destroy things, a head may last hours, days or weeks.
