Payment

If you are paying by PayPal, once I receive payment, I will be sure to ship your item out promptly via USPS Priority (US) with confirmation; international orders will be shipped first class. If you plan to pay by money order, just let me know and I will contact you once I receive your payment and ship your item.

Shipping

I will ship US Priority with confirmation within 3-5 days of payment. Please ensure your Etsy and Paypal address match, if they do not, I will contact you (both via convo and email) to verify to which address you need your item shipped. International purchases will be shipped First Class. Other shipping methods can be arranged if you prefer, as well as insurance, just convo me prior to your purchase. Buyer assumes any customs fees/duties.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase and the opportunity to earn your positive feedback. Returns are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me and I will work with you toward a satisfactory outcome. For returns, item will need to be returned within 5 days of receipt (in its original state) for purchase price, less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
