In the bigbox world we live in today, I believe in supporting individuals and small business. If it can be handmade good, if it can be useful excellent! All my items are made in a smoke-free, cat-free (but friendly) home for those allergic.

Please read the below policies for a smoother shopping experience.

Payment

I accept PayPal, checks and money orders.

All orders are shipped when payment is received. In the case of checks and money orders, I will wait for the bank to clear them, 3-7 days.

For those who want thier item right away, PayPal is quickest.

Please pay within 3 days or contact me with your arrangements. After 3 days if I have not heard from you. Your order will be relisted.

Shipping

I am on VACATION August 27 through September 8 and will be shipping when I return. Thank you!

**If you do not see shipping to your location, please contact me. It may be that I have not thought of it, or haven't had the occasion to calculate the rates.

I ship USPS First Class Parcel Post, within 2 days of payment, confirmation included. Insurance is not included. If you would like this, please request it in your order message box. Don't pay until I invoice you.

If you would like faster shipping please let me know. I'm more than happy to oblige. In addition, if cost of First Class shipping is within 20 cents of Priority Mail Flat Rate, I will ship Priority Mail for faster delivery.

All items ship after payment is received. For personal checks, items will be shipped when checks are cleared. You will be notified when an item is shipped. Paypal is quickest!

MULTIPLE ITEMS~
Shipping more than one item at a time will save you, as the items do not weigh much. Please request combined shipping in your order message box or convo me. Do NOT pay until you are reinvoiced.

Shipping time for U.S. orders take 2-6 days. I do not take responsibility for packages lost by USPS, however will do my best to help you find it if it does get "misplaced".

Refunds and Exchanges

I do accepts refunds and exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from me, please return your item within 10 days in its original condition for a full refund of sale, including original shipping costs.

If I can replace an item for you, I’d be happy to work with you. Note, washing your item will void this warranty.

I do not take responsibility for damages or loss by USPS. I will however, help you locate any missing orders.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome. If I already have the yarn, an order will take no longer than two days to create and post (mail). If you see a yarn on Etsy, I can purchase it for you and simply charge you for your order. There are so many beautiful fibers on Etsy! I am very flexible, please inquire!

Wholesale is welcome. Please inquire.
