baseline's Shop Policies

Payment

I accept payments through Paypal. I do not accept money orders, personal checks, etc. You do not have to have an account with Paypal to pay by credit card through Paypal.

Shipping

I ship all orders using USPS within 1 to 2 days of receiving payment. Any purchases made after 6pm Friday evening will ship on Monday. If you would like your order shipped Priority USPS or UPS, please feel free to contact me to adjust the shipping rate on Paypal.

I'm currently only shipping to the United States and Canada, but would definitely be interested in looking into International Shipping if the situation arises.

I'll ship to your provided etsy address unless you let me know otherwise.

Refunds and Exchanges

I hope that you are happy with your purchase(s)! At this time, I do not accept returns or refunds so if there is something wrong with your order upon receipt or you are not happy with it, please message me and I will do my best to correct it.
