Payment

I only accept Paypal. Under certain circumstances such as a large bulk order I may also accept a money order, but please convo before purchase. To keep things simple I will pay the Ohio sales tax for those goods being shipped to Ohio. Once an item is shipped, the order can not be canceled. Custom orders can not be canceled at all.

Shipping

Your items will be shipped to your Paypal address. If this address is not correct, you are responsible for contacting me with the correct address before ordering.

I ship worldwide with the exception of ITALY. Please do not purchase if you are from Italy. The reason is the alarming number of lost packages that I can not afford to replace. I apologize for the inconvenience. All US packages will include a delivery confirmation. International shipments will not. If you wish to send an item registered mail, you must contact me first for a price quote. I am NOT RESPONSIBLE for items lost in the mail. I save all Postal receipts. If you are an International buyer, you accept the risk of a lost package unless sent registered mail. No refund will be given.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is my goal to make you happy! Other than custom tutus, I am more than happy to accept a return. The item must be in the same condition that it was when it left my hands and returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer pays return shipping. Your refund will be for the purchase price, minus the relisting fee. You will not receive any refund for shipping.
