Payment

Payment is to be made through PayPal. Payment for an order must be paid in full before the order is shipped. With the exception of eChecks, the buyer is permitted 3 business days to fulfill payment agreement, before the order is canceled.

Shipping

Prints and other paper goods ship packaged in a clear archival sleeve, nested in a stiff flat envelope. Other media will be shipped in a bubble mailer, unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped by 1st Class mail. For rushed deliveries, contact the store to upgrade the postage to Priority mail.

I do ship internationally, however the recipient is responsible for any customs or duty fees.

I can ship to 3rd party addresses, but please leave me a note during checkout-especially if the order is a gift.

Refunds and Exchanges

Orders are thoughtfully packaged. Should your order arrive damaged, please email or send a conversation note, for return/exchange instructions.

Please contact the store via etsy's conversations feature, or by email, if you are unhappy with your order.
