My products are about having fun so I want a policy that allows both my customers and me to have fun with my product and I will do everything in my power to make that happen. I do need my customers to understand that I make everything upon request. This means I don't just drop it in the mail the next day. Instead I pick up a pair of scissors and cut out something just for you and you only.

I've just had a HUGE mess with my computer which has caused me to realize just how much I have and how much customers have taken for granted what they can do for us, the havoc that results from when they are not working properly and how much that costs! I try to get back to my customer within a day, sometimes two to work out with them what they want, when it will be delivered, and the price. If you don't hear from me, please assume that perhaps there is a reasonable cause. If I don't get to you when you want me to have, inquire again or just cancel your sale and payment. If you want something right now, perhaps this is not the place for you. On occassion, I will accept an order with a more tight timeframe, but there will be an extra charge for this depending on the situation. I reserve the right to decide to not accept an order if I do not wish to accept the purchaser's timeframe. If so, you will be asked to cancel your sale and your payment.

Payment

I accept paypal. My understanding of this is that it affords customers their choice of payment. Time frame is to be set when I contact you to be satisfactory to both you and me. You may cancel your order and your payment anytime prior to my arranging a delivery date. After that has been set, you may cancel your order and I will refund your payment any time prior to my putting it in the mail. I must charge sales taxes on all New York customers. (this may be subject to change as New York is working on making all New York internet sales subject to a sales tax.)

Shipping

All shipping is based on prioiry 3-4 day delivery in the US. Anything else will be determined when we discuss delivery. Any additional mailing charges must be posted prior to my putting it in the mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be determined on a case by case basis. I am not responsible for garments not washed according to my instructions.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you have a problem, please contact me and I will try my best to work it out. As a general rule, I try to meet my customers more than half way. You will be greeted with the same generosity and flexability which you reach out to me as a customer.
