Payment

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. You do NOT need a Paypal account in order to use it. At the end of your transaction, you can use a credit card to pay via Paypal, without having to create an account with them. Please pay within 3 days of your order.

Shipping

Shipping is either flat rate, or calculated based on weight and area shipped to. It all depends on the type of item and where it will be shipped to. If you prefer a particular shipping method, please let me know in convo.
Insurance optional.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cozy Things offers a no questions asked 100% return policy within 14 days of merchandise received. All items must be in new condition, no signs of wear or wash. This does not apply to special custom orders, which are non-refundable.
