Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can use PayPal or we can send you an invoice through our merchant account, ProPay. Please note that you can use credit cards with PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Shipping

We usually ship Priority Mail® Service with delivery confirmation. This is a 2-3 day service, without insurance and the actual cost begins at US$4.60. If you would like us to insure the package for you, the USPS charges begin at an additional US$1.65. We can send overnight by Express Mail® Service to many areas for an additional fee; the usual USPS charge is US$16.25, but please contact us for the rate if you would like overnight service. Note that the USPS will not confirm delivery on overseas packages and delivery time will vary. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are proud of our creations and we want you to love your purchase. If there is a problem, notify us in writing by convo or email within three business days of receipt. The item must be returned in original, unworn condition for a full refund (less shipping).

One of a Kinds (OOAK):
We specialize in unique stones and hand made findings. As such, many of our pieces are OOAK. If you look through my sold items and want another made up or if you like what you see but want an item tweaked for that special occasion or outfit .. . convo us and we can design something similar for you.

Current Stock:
We have many, many items available so if it isn't listed in our shop convo us. We may have one already made that is not listed and, if not, we can probable make it for you.
