All items in my store are handmade by me. Being as items are handmade, they are all OOAK.

Welcome to my refuge of peace! I love to create and find that it keeps me sane on those days I need it most. I much prefer crochet or sewing to banging my head in the wall and my kids don't look at me as strangely. ;)

All items are handmade by me in a smoke free home.

Payment

At this time, I accept Paypal only.

If you wish to purchase using a credit card or e-check, you may do so via Paypal without having a Paypal account. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to guide you.

I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be canceled after three days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.

I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.

Shipping

I combine all shipping charges and refund any over paid.

All items are wrapped in plastic inside the envelope so that they arrive in perfect condition for you to enjoy.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
Items ship within one (1) week of cleared payment via USPS First Class Domestic. I include Delivery Confirmation with all domestic orders. This way if you would like to track your package you can.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Items ship within one (1) week of cleared payment via USPS First Class International. Delivery Confirmation is not included with international shipping.


CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges

ALL ITEMS
Whether you are requesting a refund or return items must be returned to me in the condition you received them in (new, unused) within ten (10) days of reception.


CUSTOMS FEES
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package from the United States.


DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item(s) arrive damaged please contact me asap. You will have the option to receive a full refund or I will replace the item(s) as fabric and yarn allow.


NON-DAMAGED ITEMS
Shipping costs will not be included in your refund when making a return. You are also responsible for return shipping.


LOST PACKAGES
If you believe your package has been lost in the mail please contact me asap so we can start attempting to track it down.


Please allow 15 days for most domestic packages to be received and 45 days for international packages.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom Orders:
I am always happy to do custom orders. They can usually be completed within a week or two. I do require a deposit of 1/2 the cost. Custom orders are non-refundable.

WHOLESALE:
I do offer wholesale. Please convo me for details. I do not offer consignment. No refunds on wholesale orders.
