Welcome

Cupcake offers handmade textiles, knitters and crocheters' accessories, papercrafts and jewellery, all created at the edge of Cumbria's beautiful Lake District in England.

Payment

Paypal is the only payment method I accept at present; the 'other' option refers to trades and swaps.

I'm looking into other methods of payment, so more options will be coming soon.

Shipping

Shipping discount is given on all second and subsequent items in the same order. UK post is sent first class and overseas post always goes by airmail to ensure the fastest delivery and I obtain proofs of posting for everything should anything go awry. Should you wish to have a signed-for service, please let me know at time of order as this can be arranged for an extra charge and exact fees will depend on which country you're ordering from.

SENDING ITEMS DIRECT TO YOUR RECIPIENT
If you're buying a card or gift for a friend I can add your special message and mail it direct to your friend (if they're in the same country as you) for no extra charge. Mention this on the 'Message to Seller' box in Checkout if you'd like to use this free service.

Refunds and Exchanges

In the unlikely occurrence that an item is faulty, please return it for me to repair/replace it. I will pay for the shipping fee back from me to you.

If you've decided you'd "rather have has the pink one rather than the green one" for example, I will exchange items for the cost of re-shipping if returned within 30 days of purchase. Knitted items must be unused/unworn please, but earrings are excluded from this policy due to hygiene reasons.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Are always welcome: Either convo me with your custom rrequest of send a private Alchemy form with the details.

TRADES
I'm a member of the Etsy Trade-a-holics group so am usually interested in trading for most categories of Etsy items, unless I make them myself or already covered in that department! Convo me with what you've got an eye on and we'll go from there.
