I am a jewelry artist and craftsman.

As a jewelry artist, I have many interests. I enjoy beading, I love making jewelry from beautiful stones, and I love taking my hammer to metal.

I hope you enjoy wearing my jewelry as much as I enjoy making it.

Payment

Paypal is the primary mode of payment for Ag Jewelry Design.

If you would like to pay using another method, please contact me to discuss as this is not my preference, however, I will consider on a case-by-case basis.

***Payment is expected via PayPal at time of purchase, no exceptions. Your order will be canceled at my discretion if payment is not made.***

Custom orders are welcome. A non-refundable deposit of half the cost of the order is due at initiation of custom order, with the balance due upon completion, before the item is shipped. Custom orders are not refundable; however, I will work my hardest to ensure customer satisfaction otherwise.

Sales tax will be applied to Illinois purchases.

Shipping

All domestic packages are shipped via FedEx ground services for your protection and mine. Domestic shipping is $8.95. Please convo me if you place an international order and we will adjust shipping to fit your locale.

Your Paypal and Etsy addresses *must* match, and for international orders I will not fudge Customs forms. I also do not do third party transactions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if they are mailed back within *seven days of order delivery.* Returns are not accepted beyond this period.

Items must be returned in original packaging, else a small fee will be deducted for materials.

I ask that you please inform me of your intent to return any merchandise so that I know to expect it.

***I must reiterate that because custom orders require a more significant investment in time, effort and materials, there are no refunds for custom items. I would be more than happy to work with you ensure that you are 100% happy.***

I stand by the quality of my jewelry. Period. Should you encounter any issues related to quality, please contact me to discuss. Your satisfaction as a customer is my number one priority. Time limitations do apply, and normal wear and tear is excluded from this guarantee.
