Payment

:Tax:
standard sales tax will be added to Washington, DC residents.

:Payment:
Artistic AYA accepts credit cards through PayPal in U.S. Dollars.

If you are experiencing a problem with PayPal please do not hesitate to contact us at ayanna [!at] artisticaya.com. We will do our best to assist you with the process.

:Non-Payment:
If you purchase an item and change your mind before paying please let us know so that we can cancel the transaction.

Shipping

Packages are shipped via the USPS Post Office. Items will be shipped within 48hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

In the case of lost or stolen products during shipment we will provide you with as much information as possible to help with your Postal service claim.

If you are interested in adding USPS domestic insurance to your shipment please contact us for an updated invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to fall and stay in love with your purchase so please contact us with any questions you have prior to placing your order.

We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges will be offered on items returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of initial delivery date.

*Return shipment must be prepaid and insured and is at your own expense. Shipping and handling on exchanged item will be the buyer's responsibility.

Please contact us prior to returning your items.
