I'll have you know that I practice excellent customer service and strive to deliver a shopping experience that will leave you warm and fuzzy inside. Check my feedback if you don't believe me. (Okay, maybe nobody actually used the words warm or fuzzy, but you get the idea!)

Payment

I accept payments made through Paypal and money orders. If you want to send a personal check, your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of order date, unless otherwise informed.

For custom orders please allow 1-2 weeks to receive your items (items currently listed in my store are not considered custom unless otherwise indicated in their product description).

When you purchase a word pendant, it will arrive gift wrapped and includes a 16" sterling silver chain. You can choose a ball chain or a snake chain, just note your choice in "Notes to Seller" at checkout. 18" chains are available at an additional charge: just choose the 18" chain upgrade listing and add it to your order.

US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. For international orders shipping includes first class international rates and can take 5-10 business days for delivery. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs fees.

I ship on Wednesdays unless rush service is requested. I will always do my best to work with you if you happen to be a procrastinator when it comes to buying gifts.... :)

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Prior authorization must be obtained for all returns. Merchandise being returned must be in its original packaging. Custom work and special orders are non-refundable. Eighty8words is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please be sure to insure your package. Email questions to: eighty8words [!at] mac.com
