** Please include your ETSY user name and SHIPPING ADDRESS in the message portion of your RME payment. This is super important for shipping!

Shipping

I ship USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Orders over 13 oz. will be shipped Priority Mail. If you have a question concerning shipping, please contact me.

****International Shipping****
Please contact me if you do not see your country.
International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail. Insurance is not available on International orders unless you choose to pay extra for Priority shipping and insurance...varies according to country.

Refunds and Exchanges

All Reusable Lunch Items:
Due to the fact that these are "food-friendly" items, I cannot offer refunds. I can offer exchanges or store credit of unused/unwashed items ONLY if the craftsmanship is defective. Buyer pays for return postage.
If you have a question concerning this matter, please contact me. Convo me if you have a fit problem on any of my clothing items- Again, buyer pays for return postage. Thanks for understanding
