Payment

I am currently using exclusively PayPal for all Etsy transactions.
Any customers in California should note the automatic addition California state sales tax.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated on a piece by piece basis… but generally…

All purchases will be shipped to your Etsy address. If it differs from your PayPal address please inform us in the “message to seller” box available at checkout.

domestic orders: All purchases are shipped out within 1-3 days after receiving payment confirmation and are shipped via UPS Parcel Post. A tracking # will be e-mailed to your account for your convenience. Shipments by Parcel Post can be expected to take 3-9 days to arrive.

If you need your shipment upgraded to Priority Shipping, feel free to convo me for a quote.
Priority Shipping has proven to be a MUCH faster shipping option.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended for larger works. We will pack your item very carefully and securely but we can take no responsibility for the item once it is in the hands of the USPS.



international shipping: we ship internationally. please contact us ~~before you pay~~ to discuss your preferred international shipping method.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees. These vary from country to country and are NOT included in the shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

In most circumstances we will accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition when we receive them. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued via PayPal, less shipping, only when we receive the item. If you desire an exchange please contact us so we can work out the details. We understand that all situations are unique and will endeavor to examine each on a case by case basis. As always, please contact us if you have any questions.
