Thank you for shopping with me. Please read my policies before ordering. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to convo me.

All of my items are hand painted or hand made by me to the best of my ability. Sometimes I use patterns or ideas from books or the internet but the work is done my me with my own unique twist.

Some of the items are painted on used items that I clean and prepare. They will have the dents & dings of previous us. They should be cleaned with a damp cloth and are for decorative use only except for the glassware.

All of the glass is painted with a fired on pant especially designed for this use. It is non-toxic and safe for use with food. They are made to be used and enjoyed. Glassware should be hand washed and not allowed to soak.

Payment

Payment

I accept payment with Paypal and credit card through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card. Simply click next to the Paypal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a Pay pal account.

Payment is expected upon ordering. Your order will not be shipped until I receive payment. If I do not receive payment within 3 days after your order, I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 7 days, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.

Shipping

I usually ship USPS priority mail with tracking. Your item will be shipped within 3 to 5 days after receiving payment. If you want it shipped somewhere other than your Paypal address, let me know when you place the order.

If you will an item shipped internationally, contact me first so that I can figure the extra cost, and you will be responsible for any charges or fees involved.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 10 days, I will accept a return of the item in it’s original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Contact me first before returning any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.

I will gladly consider custom orders. The cost will usually be higher for a custom order and is not refundable. I will work with you to create a unique item just for you if possible.
