Payment

I accept Paypal only at this time. Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with me. Any duties, brokerage fees or customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping

The last recommended shipping day for Christmas arrival is Dec. 1 for US packages and Dec. 10 for Canadian packages. Shipments to the US can take up to 15 business days. Packages are sent via Canada Post or USPS and do not come with a tracking number unless the buyer chooses to upgrade the postage at their own cost. Packages will be mailed within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your purchase and I will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges or refunds will be considered upon return of the original purchase.
