Welcome to The Sapphire Moon! My name is Zoe, and I am the owner/operator of this great little shop. I live in Florida, and I am a NATIVE...very hard to find in this state! LOL! I have been making flower head wreaths for 12 years, 8 years as a business on and off of the internet. For the last 7 years before joining Etsy, I sold my head wreaths at the local Medieval Faire for 2 weekends every year. I still sell there and will continue to do so as I LOVE the atmosphere! I provide the highest level of customer service to my customers in-person at the Faire, and continue to provide that same level to my customers through the online venue here on Etsy. If something is not right with your order, please contact me and I will make every effort possible to make it right.

Making hemp jewelry has been a passion of mine since high school, just about as long as I have been making head wreaths! And, recently I have gotten into making beaded cell phone charms and beaded jewelry. Keep an eye out for new creations!

In addition to my flower head wreaths, cell charms, jewelry and other flower hair and head pieces, I am honing my sewing skills and will soon be bringing you handmade clothing, purses, wallets, and other accessories. Stay tuned!

Payment

I accept Paypal and cashier's checks or money orders. Credit/debit card and Echeck (electronic check) payments can be made through Paypal as well. If you have questions on making a credit/debit card or Echeck payment, please check the Paypal help section for assistance.

Shipping

Shipping method can vary upon the item purchased. All US-purchased head wreaths and headbands are shipped via Priority Mail. All US-purchased jewelry and cell phone/MP3 player charms are shipped via first class mail. Other products and their shipping method are determined based on size and weight, and what will be the most economical for that item.

Any international orders for any products 4 pounds or less will be shipped via First Class International. Orders weighing over 4 pounds must be shipped via Priority Mail International and additional shipping charges may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because each item is handmade, and is typically one of a kind, returns are not accepted on any items. If your item shows up and is not as you ordered it (incorrect size/colors, etc.), please send me a conversation so that we can work together to make it right.

I cannot be held responsible items lost or damaged during shipping, so if you have reservations about this please ask me about purchasing insurance on your package for an additional cost.
