We currently accept payment via Paypal and credit/debit cards.

Every item is made to order so please allow 10 working days before item is dispatched.

I ship worldwide using Royal Mail. The estimated delivery time for most countries is 5 to 10 working days. I cannot guarantee the postal delivery time once your order is dispatched as parcels may be delayed by customs.

For UK customers, I use first class mail. And for international customers,
I use the international small packet service, which DOES NOT include tracking number or insurance. Recorded or Airsure service is highly recommended for international shipment. For an additional USD6.00 it includes insurance/tracking number. If you would like to upgrade shipping to Recorded or Airsure, please convo me before purchase and I will create a custom listing for you.


If an order contains more than one item I will calculate and inform you of the combined postage rate by convo or email. Surplus costs will be refunded upon order dispatch.

The shipping rates do not cover tracking number and insurance. I cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages. Also, I will not be held responsible for any duty taxes you may incur.

All orders are handpacked by me with care and attention. I try to use recycled materials as much as possible to reduce costs to both you and the environment.

I make sure all the images shown are as close to the real product as possible, and as I handmake every product one by one, I guarantee to deliver the highest quality and finishing.

I accept returns if you wish to (except custom orders). Please inform me within 3 days upon receipt and return it with the original packaging in an unused condition. I will arrange full refund excluding shipping cost once I have received the returned item. I will not be held responsible for returns that are lost during shipping so please keep your receipt and proof of posting in a safe place should your return go missing in transit.

Machine wash cold. Please note natural cotton fabrics crease after washing, and press as desired. Colours will become lighter with repeated washes.
Dry clean/spot clean can also be used to minimise creasing.

Minus is a small scale designer maker studio. Because of the handcrafted nature of my work, it is very labour intensive and I can only make a limited number of bags in a day. Therefore, I neither wholesale nor consign my work.
