Thanks so much for browsing the Foodchic Site. Below you will find shipping, payment and gift tag information.

Payment

At this time I accept only PAYPAL. If you have a credit card, you may use this feature, even if you do not have a PAYPAL account. Go to www.paypal.com to make an account or follow the Etsy link during checkout for easy payment of your order.

Shipping

ADDRESSES: Please make sure that the address you list in Etsy matches the address listed in your Paypal account. Foodchic takes no responsibility if a parcel is sent to an old address listed in your order. If you need to have a parcel sent to an address different from those listed in Paypal and Etsy please leave a message to seller during checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: I ship using USPS Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I print images as they are ordered and allow inks to dry and set for 24 hours before packaging to ensure the best quality product.

INTERNATIONAL: I use air shipping for all international orders. The Post Office estimates 5 - 10 days for delivery, depending on destination. Please email me if your item has not arrived after 10 business days from the time you received my "shipment" email.

CUSTOMS: I am shipping from the USA. Please note that overseas customers are responsible for any Customs fees, duties and tariffs which may be charged in your country at time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's policies. Customs charges are not included in the purchase price and shipping costs. Foodchic will not accept returns due to customs charges.

GIFTS: If you would like a gift tag included with your purchase, please leave a message to seller when checking out with what you would like the tag to say.
