Welcome

Each of my items are one of a kind. I don't use patterns for my crafts, I simply make them as they come to me. I strive to accommodate every custom order, but I am rarely able to exactly duplicate the items in my shop - there may be slight variations.

Payment

I only accept paypal payments, and payments must be made within 3 days of purchase or sale will be canceled.

A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, and payment completed before item will be shipped.

Shipping

My shipping prices cover first-class shipping and delivery confirmation.

If you would like to purchase an item with priority shipping or insurance, convo me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

My goal is to make every customer happy. I've never had a complaint, but if you are unhappy with your purchase, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

In the event that a refund is warranted, the customer is responsible for shipping fees, and the agreed upon refund will be issued (minus etsy and paypal fees) after the item is returned unused, in it's original packaging.
