Thank you for shopping EMJ Design. If you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to convo me. I love doing custom orders so ask me anything.

Payment

I prefer payment through paypal. I also accept RME payments. If you would like to pay using RME please note that when you check out with your item.

I expect payment within 3 business days. If payment is not made in a timely manner then the sale will be cancelled and item will be relisted.

Shipping

In stock items ship within 3 business days.
Please read listing to determine if item is in stock or a custom order.
Custom Orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
I ship all items USPS.
US shipments are mailed priority (2-3days) or first class mail (2-7 days) and international sales are shipped first class 5-10+ days).

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges but do accept refunds. Your item must be returned to me within 7 business days and the purchase price will be refunded. I am sorry shipping is not refundable.
