Welcome

Hi! Most of my items are one-of-a-kind and they're all handmade by me. I want you to be happy with both your shopping experience and the products you buy. If you have a question that's not answered here, don't hesitate to contact me.

Payment

Payment is expected immediately upon purchase of your items. Contact me if you wish to make other arrangements.

I accept payments by check, money order, credit cards, paypal and RME(Revolution Money Exchange-it's similar to paypal).

If you choose to pay by check, money order or e-check, I will wait for the payment to clear before I ship your purchase. If you're in a hurry, select a different payment option.

If you wish to pay with a credit card, please select Paypal as your payment method. You will be taken to the Paypal website, which allows you to pay with your credit card without having a paypal account. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about this.

If you wish to pay with RME, select 'other' as your payment method and send me a convo. I will reply with the details needed to complete the payment.

**PORTLAND, OR CUSTOMERS, I do not charge shipping for you! Convo me before you purchase something and I'll revise the listing to show 0 shipping, or I'll refund the shipping charge after you make a purchase.**

Shipping

Portland customers- Shipping is free for you! I live selling to local customers so I'll either refund your shipping after purchase or you can convo me before you buy and I'll remove the shipping charge from the listing.

All customers- I try to charge accurate shipping prices but because of the way etsy shipping options are set up, if you buy several items, you may be charged too much. If you pay over $1 more than the actual shipping, I'll refund your payment accordingly.

I ship USPS First Class unless you specify another method. There will be an increased postage fee for other shipping methods. If you would like your package shipped another way, put that info in the 'notes to seller' section when you complete your purchase and I will send you an invoice for the updated postage fee.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

All orders are mailed within 2 days of purchase (except purchases made on Fri., which are usually not mailed until Mon.) and I will contact you in the unlikely event of a delay.

I reuse mailing envelopes and packaging supplies whenever possible. Of course these materials are clean and in good condition.

In my effort to cut down on waste, I do not include a packing slip in domestic orders. If you would like a packing slip with your order let me know at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you wish to return your purchase, please do so within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted. You are responsible for return postage.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to create a custom order for you! Please contact me with your ideas. For items over $10, I require 50% of the cost paid upon agreement of the custom order and the other half payed when it the item is completed.

I welcome wholesale orders. At this time I am not taking any consignment orders.
