Welcome

Hello, and welcome to my WIRED AND STRUNG OUT STORE. As the name suggest, I speciailize in wire jewelry, including necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. I also LOVE to crochet, and I utilize my skills in making unique totes, purses, and I just might branch out on wallets and other crocheted items. I am also making items out of recycled materials, such as totes, t shirt bags, and the like. I am always trying new ways to make things, and you will never find things in my shop that are copied in any way!

Payment

I accept Paypal, M.O, and checks (U.S. buyers ONLY). I accept Paypal for International Orders. Please pay within 3 days if paying by Paypal. Checks or M.O., please mail within 3 days of order. I will also accept trades if you have an Etsy shop. Please keep in mind, that I will only accept trades on items of equal value. If trading, I will pay for shipping on your item if you pay for mine :)

If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 1 day of buying item since I do ship out within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping

I ship USPS first class parcel or first class mail, depending on the weight of item and number of items purchased in your order. You also have the option of upgrading for Priority Mail if that is what you want. International orders are Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope ONLY since this is the fastest way you can get your merchandise. Other options, such as expedited or first class rates, are available, just contact me after purchase but BEFORE paying and I can adjust as necessary. Insurance is optional on ALL of my items. Confirmation is always included with your purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

Damages and lost mail are only the responsibility of the USPS if you bought insurance. If no insurance is bought, I will not be responsible for damaged items, but I do want my customers to be happy, so I can send you an item to replace it an no charge to you, however, no returns are accepeted.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I accept any custom order, and will send pictures as your order progresses. Custome orders (crochet only) can take up to a week for me to complete. Jewelry orders will take only a day or two for me to finish depending on the complexity of the design. There is NO additional charge for custom orders if it is something that you want in my shop in different colors, etc. If it is something completely different, then Convo me and we can talk about what you would like and if I can even do it for you!
