Payment

Magickal Enchantment accepts the following form of payment: Money Order and Paypal. "The Other" is listed strictly for trades. If you have any questions regarding this matter please feel free to convo us. All payments should be sent in a timely matter so we may package your magickal piece and get it out to you asap.

Shipping

Shipping Policy
All packages will be shipped by USPS. If insurance or another form of shipping is preferred please inquire. Additional charges may apply. All information regarding shipping will be sent out to the buyer asap.
Note: At this time I am sorry to say Magickal Enchantment Moon Goddess Designs Crossroads Studio is unable to ship to Italy & Spain. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience.

Refunds and Exchanges

Magickal Enchantment strives to bring you pieces that are of excellent quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your piece and we will offer you a refund on the purchase price minus the shipping or an exchange once the item has been returned to us. All shipping will be at the cost of the buyer. Any items not insured and are lost in shipment will forfeit any return or exchanges by Magickal Enchantment.
