Payment

Payment expected within 3 days. We do reserve items for 7 days if you would like us to hold it. Payment is expected at the end of those 7 days or item will be relisted.

Shipping

All items are sent USPS First Class mail. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items from the post office though we have not had a problem in the past. Please allow time for your item to go through customs for international buyers. If you have any questions about our shipping policy please ask. Insurance is optional but recommended. If you would like insurance please let us know.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do our best to describe each piece accurately and honestly. Normal signs of delicate wear may be on some vintage pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days and we will try our best to resolve any concerns to the best of our ability. We want all our customers to be happy with their jewelry! Please leave feedback upon safe arrival of your package and we will gladly reciprocate!
