I do my best to provide quick service on any order! Everything is exactly as portrayed in the listings and comes from a smoke-free home.

There are pets in the home, both a dog and a cat. They are kept away from all products, though.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like any information about a product that is not included in the listing!

Payment

If payment is not received within 3 days, the order will be subject to cancellation. I will be willing to make exceptions if contact is made and there is reason for the delay. I only accept PayPal.

Shipping

All items will be shipped on the next business day once payment is received. If you would like an item insured with postage, please contact me when you make your purchase.
During the winter and early spring months, my shipping may be delayed by a day or 2 by snow. During these times, please understand that the USPS may be delayed, as well.

I ship anywhere in the world, via USPS.

If you would like an item shipped to a different address as a gift, but would like to receive an invoice in the mail, please send an etsy conversation.

Please understand, however, that I live in Colorado and there may be delays during the winter and early spring when the roads are often closed or dangerous due to weather.

Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges, except in the event that an item becomes lost in the mail.
One month will be given after an order is sent to allow it to reappear/arrive/be returned by USPS. If it remains lost after that time frame, a refund of the item cost will be issued.
Because the item loss was beyond my control, however, I will be unable to refund the shipping cost.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are primarily for adult use. They are not intended for users under the age of 14.
All jewelry is lead-free.
All essential oils and herbs are organic products provided by Sage Woman Herbs in Colorado Springs, CO.
