Thank you for viewing my creations. I absolutely love to create these one of a kind pieces. I also do Fine Art shows around the upper New York state area. My work is also for sale at the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery Store in Rochester, New York. Much of my work is custom. If you are interested in custom work please contact me.

Payment

Sorry, you folks in New york State there is 8% sales tax. All others, you are off the hook. Payment due at time of order. I accept money order, pay pal, and personal checks but there is a 7 (seven) day hold until check clears. You have 24 hours to cancel an order.

Shipping

I ship fast if you pay other than by check. Check has to clear. I ship all over the world and you may upgrade if you email me within 24 hours of placing order. International orders may take longer to process due to determining correct shipping fees. I ship Priority Mail through the United States Post Office.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds only exchanges, because of the fine bead work involved and color variations due to computer monitors. The items are checked and photographed( I keep a record of all items made for a catalog) before they leave my studio to insure condition.
