Pls enjoy while you are in my store, here are the shipping and payment policies, pls read carefully before completing a purchase in my store.
!!!!!!!PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CONTACT ME FOR ANY INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR ORDERS THROUGH THE ETSY CONVO SYSTEM. DON'T DO IT TO MY PERSONAL EMAIL AS SOMETIMES EMAILS GO DIRECTLY TO THE SPAM FOLDER. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

Payment

PAYMENT
Paypal only accepted. Please submit payment immediately upon completing checkout. I will expect the payment to be completed within 3 days after the purchase. Always will send you an email reminding you about it. After 3 days of no deposit in my account I will cancel the sale and relist the item again.

Shipping

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be shipped within seven days after payment is cleared.

All items will be shipped First Class mail (delivery confirmation included for US customers) in a bubble mailer for protection.

International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges.

**IMPORTANT**
Please ensure your Etsy address matches your Paypal shipping address. I will always send the item to the Etsy address unless you ask me something different in message to the seller when checking out.

PLEASE NOTE: I use delivery confirmation on all US packages. If it scans as delivered, I do not provide refunds. Once it leaves my hands at the Post Office with the delivery confirmation label on it, I am not responsible for the item or items.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want every customer to be a happy customer! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me via Etsy convu system. Returns may be made within 5 days of receipt of your package. The item must be returned in it's original condition and unused. I will exchange/refund the merchandise once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping. I also reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. Funds can only be refunded via PayPal. Please contact me before leaving feedback so I can do my best to make sure you have a positive experience. Thanks!

Additional Policies and FAQs

I've made my best to portray the colors of the jewelry as accurately as possible in natural light. However, colors will vary with individual monitors and subject to individual opinion. All pictures can be enlarged to show more detail.

Please let me know in the "Message to Seller" if your purchase is a gift, I will include a card with your message at no additional cost and will not send any invoice with the item.

Please feel free to contact me if you see a piece that you would like to have customized for you (longer or shorter chain, different ear wires, etc.)
